  1. Survey and strategic consideration – micro macro location analysis – swot analysis: object, location, target group, similar objects, objects in the surrounding area, experience of past marketings, data, facts, budget, market situation, address details of potential clients, graphic materials (photographs, sketches, plans, 3D animations).
  2. Marketing strategy and communication concept: determining the appropriate creative means and channels to reach the target group optimally (considering the budget).
  3. Definition of goals, strategy and measures in schedule and project plan by milestones.
  4. Development of an individual communication concept incorporating the results from the strategic consideration.
  1. Creative implementation of the measures: brochure, exposé, portfolio, flyers, website, project management (depending on the arrangement complete management and monitoring of print production and programming and maintenance of the website during the marketing phase).
  2. Depending on your budget and decisions from the strategic consideration the measures may be extended: mailings (one- or multi-level), newsletter, conceptual previsualizations, 3D still renderings of the exterior and interior, 360° panoramic views of the exterior and interior, development of the augmented reality app, interactive realtime walk through, production of a 2D/3D animation film oder a realfilm, ads, construction site panorama, large-sized renderings for construction signs, displays, promotions, events, establishment of showrooms.
